PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund is pleased to announce that it received a $20,000 grant from the Foxwynd Foundation on May 4, 2026, to help cover housing and utility expenses for families caring for children with serious illnesses, chronic conditions, or injuries.
The grant will support the Fund’s Help and Hope Financial Assistance Program, which provides financial assistance to families facing additional expenses and financial hardships while caring for a seriously ill child. By helping families pay essential bills, including rent, mortgage payments, electricity, and other utilities, the Fund works to ease financial stress and help families maintain stability during challenging times.
“We are incredibly grateful to the Foxwynd Foundation for this generous grant and its support of families in our community,” said Danielle Scott-Griffith, Executive Director of the Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund. “When a child is seriously ill, families should be able to focus on their child’s care without the added worry of keeping a roof over their heads or their utilities running. This support helps us provide meaningful relief when families need it most.”
Founded in 1976, the Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund provides financial assistance, resources, and support to families of children with serious illnesses, chronic conditions, and injuries. The organization works to lighten the burdens and lift the spirits of families by helping address needs that are not covered by insurance and providing opportunities for respite and support.
The Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund extends its sincere thanks to the Foxwynd Foundation for investing in its mission and helping ensure that families have access to essential support during some of life’s most difficult moments.
