What role does a healthcare professional play connecting a patient's family to the Dolan Fund?
The healthcare professional will identify the family accordingly to our criteria, identify the bill/need most acute, register the family on the website and fill in all demographic and medical/psychological information. Last step is to make the financial request and upload corresponding bill.
What happens to my patients if I change employers, move or retire?
The patients will remain registered and the person taking over your patients can register and manage them in our system.
Who qualifies for registration as a healthcare professional?
Please submit a employment verification letter signed by your supervisor on company letter to email@example.com.
Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund is working hard to meet the needs of our families, attempting to make a bigger impact for them during their time of need. Beginning July 1, 2016, out internal process to evaluate requests is being updated. Requests will be evaluated and prioritized based on the following criteria; the illness of the child; emergency of the situation such as shut off and/or eviction; request and information complete; current funding and budget constraints. While we make every effort to process requests in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee payment to the vendors until the evaluation process is complete.
