Teresa Araco Rodgers, President – Principal, harp-weaver LLC
harp-weaver serves as philanthropic staff for private and family foundations, provides philanthropy advice, and helps clients leverage investments and grantmaking to align mission and optimize impact. Teresa has been a board member and supporter of KADMF since 1997. She believes in the power of community and providing hope to families in the midst of crisis. Teresa is a proud Philadelphian who lives in Chestnut Hill with her husband, Greg, and their three children.
Tim Jimenez, Vice President – Reporter, KYW Newsradio 103.9 FM
Tim has been a member of the board since 2019 and the board secretary since 2021. He was drawn to the Fund’s mission after witnessing its impact on families while attending a family fun day cruise on the Delaware River. Tim is a graduate of Temple University and Lansdale Catholic High School. He lives in Montgomery County with his wife Marianne and their dog Milo.
Amy E. Field, Treasurer – CPA, EQT EXETER
Accounting Manager and CPA with over 30 years of Real Estate accounting and finance experience. She has also been a member of the KADMF Board for four years and serves as Treasurer and head of the Finance Committee. Amy is a graduate of Penn State and has a MBA from Temple University. She was learned about the Dolan Fund through the United Way board preparation program and is passionate about the Fund’s mission. Amy lives in Upper Dublin and loves spending time with friends and family and going to the beach.
Peggy Dolan, Founder, Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund.
Peggy served as Executive Director of KADMF from 1976 to 2016. A graduate of Chestnut Hill College, Peggy was the Chair Emerita of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross Blood Services for the Penn Jersey Region; a board member of Mercy-Suburban Hospital; and a member of Arcadia University’s Genetic Counseling Masters Program Advisory Committee.
Shariffah Azzaam – Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Special Educator
Shariffah earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with minors in Education and Cognitive Neuroscience from Temple University. She furthered her education with a master’s degree in special education from Arcadia University and a post-master’s certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. Currently, Shariffah serves as the director of Community Behavior Analytics, an international organization providing behavioral and data-based strategic planning for organizations and individuals. Additionally, she holds the position of Behavior Analyst for Easter Seals New Jersey and works as a Behavior Consultant for Rethink Benefits, where she delivers behavior interventions for employees. Shariffah takes great pride in her upbringing in Philadelphia, and is enthusiastic about giving back through public service and proudly serving as a board member for the KADMF.
Anthony Cafagna – Sales Executive, Healthcare Enterprise
Anthony is an healthcare enterprise sales executive with experience in the medical device, digital health and remote patient monitoring sectors. Anthony also is a founding team member of HealthTribe, an organization focused on connecting hundreds of healthcare executives in the Philadelphia region to ensure talent, opportunities and knowledge is supported within our great city. He has been a board member of KADMF since 2023 and enjoys having the ability to give back to those within his community. A Philadelphia native and current Northern Liberties resident, he enjoys what the city has to offer with his fiance Emily.
Jamie DiRenzo, CIMA®, AIF® – Managing Partner, Investment Advisory Rep. – LivWell Financial|
Jamie DiRenzo provides clients with strategies for managing their financial needs at every stage of life. Guided by a genuine passion for helping her clients care for their families through wealth preservation and growth, Jamie is dedicated to offering clients sophisticated analysis, objective advice, and personalized service. Jamie received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University. She loves the beach and all Philadelphia sports teams. She lives with her husband, Kristofor, daughter, Liviana, and their dog, Harley, in Ivyland, Pennsylvania.
Christine Gordon – Attorney, Timoney Knox
Christine is a partner in the law firm of Timoney Knox, LLP and practices in the area of school and special education law. She regularly counsels families of children with disabilities on federal and state laws as they apply to their children’s rights. She is passionate about helping students secure appropriate educational supports and services in schools, as well as in obtaining compensatory education, independent evaluations, tuition reimbursement, and other available remedies from schools. A Bucks County native, and graduate of Villa Joseph Marie High School, Emory University, and Villanova University School of Law, Christine now resides in Ivyland, Pennsylvania with her husband Kyle, their two daughters, Maisyn and Shea.
Tracey B. Johnson – Lead Fourth Grade Teacher, William Rowan Elementary School
Tracey is the parent of three adult children, two of whom have grown up with a chronic illness. She is employed with the School District of Philadelphia as the lead fourth grade teacher and leader of the Character Counts program at the William Rowen Elementary School. She is also a Professional Development Leader for the Philadelphia Federation of Teachers, and currently serves as a Board Member on the Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund and a member of The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Ethics Committee. “It is my goal to use my gifts and talents to improve the lives of others.” In her spare time, Tracey loves to spend time with her family, complete seek and find puzzles, and travel.
Yvonne McGinley – CFO, Griswold Home Care
Yvonne is a CPA has served as CFO, VP of Finance and Controller for several service companies in the education, home care and technology fields. She currently serves as the CFO for CADES, a non -profit organization that provides services and care for children and adults living with disabilities. Yvonne has been a long time Board Member and got involved with KADMF through Kimberly Dolan, (the Founder’s daughter), who is a fitness and dance instructor at the local gym. She attended a Wine and Winter event and fell in love with the mission of the Fund.
Thomas McKee – Financial Advisor, Edward Jones Investments
Tom has spent his career helping families, businesses, and individuals build, protect, organize and transfer wealth. Proudly born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Tom calls Lansdale home alongside his wife, Crystal and their children, Hunter and Kalli. Together, they have built strong roots and are very active in the community. Both Tom and Crystal volunteer at their kids’ clubs and sports activities at North Penn. Tom and his family enjoy cooking, skiing or snowboarding, and watching football. “Our family means everything to us, which is why I am so fortunate to be part or the Dolan Fund, where they make a significant impact for families in crisis.”
Kailie Jordan Melchior – Attorney, Kilkenny Law, LLC
Kailie is an attorney focusing on municipal, zoning and land use matters throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. Even though Kailie is originally from Alabama, this area has become her home and her community. She is thrilled to be a new Board Member as she is truly inspired by the mission of the Kelly Ann Dolan Fund. She is grateful for the opportunity to be able to help with raising funds to financially assist families caring for children with a serious illness, disability, or injury.
Manish Mittal – Founder & CEO, Open Source Technologies, Inc.
Manish brings 20 years of technical experience and workflow expertise to software development projects internationally and across industries. Specializing in both custom software and business development, Manish has provided solutions for a range of domains including the health sector, retail/eCommerce, and nonprofits. His connection to the organization comes from a desire to apply his background in IT and software to a good cause in his local community. Manish is from India and moved to Philadelphia with his wife Shaili, along with their two children.
Evan Saitsky – Area Vice President, Komodo Health
Evan serves as an Area Vice President at Komodo health where he harnesses real world data to accelerate clinical development and support inclusive commercialization models on behalf of his biopharmaceutical partners. He possesses therapeutic expertise in oncology, neurodegenerative disorders, and precision medicine. Evan first became involved with the KADMF through a corporate partnership in 2020 and he is thrilled to take on additional responsibility as a Board member. He currently resides in Fairmount, Philadelphia and in his free time he can be found exploring the Philadelphia restaurant scene, international travel, practicing yoga, and visiting his parents (and family dogs).
Nancy Walsh – Owner/Founder, tbd NOW
Nancy is a founding member of tbd NOW, a company that provides leadership and professional development services, executive coaching, and consulting. Prior to launching tbd NOW, Nancy was the Director of Engagement, Leadership, and Community outreach at the Montgomery Bar Association, where she led leadership and professional development, membership engagement, diversity, community outreach, and access to justice initiatives. She continues to run the MBA’s diversity and leadership programs. She received her B.A. in English and Theater from the University of Notre Dame, her M.A. in English from Villanova University, and her secondary education certification through the graduate program at Holy Family University. Nancy is happily married to her husband The Honorable Joseph Walsh, and raised three beautiful daughters, Shannon, Bridget, and Maggie.
Rae Wohl – Innovation & Acceleration, Strategy, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia
Rae is an experienced healthcare administrator leading the Frontier Programs portfolio – CHOP’s most innovative programs that are tackling the greatest challenges in pediatric medicine. She believes in the importance of human relationships and empowering others to achieve their personal best, guided by principles from her MSW (Univ. of Pennsylvania) and MBA (Thomas Jefferson Univ.). Rae has been a regular supporter of KADMF’s annual Holiday Adopt-A-Family and is passionate about the Fund’s mission. She lives in Chestnut Hill with her fiancé, and their dog Luna.
