HOPE For the Holidays Adopt-A-Family Program
Thank you for your interest in adopting a family and being a sponsor to families in need! With your sponsorship, we have supported over 5,000 families and are able to continue our 25 year program.
Becoming a sponsor fills your heart with the holiday spirit while bringing smiles for miles.
HOW TO BECOME A SPONSOR & ADOPT A FAMILY
Click here to make a tax-deductible monetary donation to our Holiday Adopt a Family Program.
The Dolan Fund will then:
- Purchase Visa gift cards for the family based on your donation amount (For example, a $500 donation supports a family of 5 and a $200 donation supports a family of 2)
- Identify the best family match for you based on the family size and applications to the program.
- Send you a letter describing the child and family you adopted.
- Ensure that the HealthCare Professional delivers the gift cards to the family you adopted as soon as possible so they can begin shopping.
