Jessica Fitzgerald, MBA, PMP – Project Manager, GSK

Jessica is a Pipeline Project Manager who specializes in Business Development at GSK, managing both due diligence and asset integration for various deal types. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in both Chemistry and English from Bucknell University and subsequently received her Masters Degree in Business Administration from Villanova University. Jessica first became involved in the KADMF through the Rhythm and Brews Event and is honored to take on additional responsibility as a Junior Board Member. Jessica now resides in Blue Bell, PA with her husband, Mike. Jessica and Mike are expecting their first child, Carter, in April 2025. Jessica currently serves as the Co-President of the Junior Board.

Michael Fitzgerald, Esq. – Fox Rothschild, LLP

Mike is an attorney who specializes in civil litigation at Fox Rothschild. He has represented clients in commercial, labor/employment, gaming, professional liability, healthcare, international, and personal injury matters in both federal and state court. Mike also performs pro bono work for the Wills for Heroes clinic, which provides free basic estate planning for first responders and military veterans. Previously, Mike has volunteered with Christian Legal Clinics, Special Olympics, and Miracle League. A Bucks County native and graduate of Germantown Academy, Northeastern University, and Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Mike now resides in Blue Bell, PA with his wife, Jessica. Mike and Jessica are expecting their first child, Carter, in April 2025. Mike currently serves as the Co-President of the Junior Board.

Matthew Primavera – Partnership Sales, Philadelphia Phillies

Matt specializes in generating new revenue through marketing partnerships with local, regional, and national brands. His role involves presenting, negotiating, and securing sponsorships with both new and existing partners of the Phillies.  Matt also attends games and special events to support partnerships and build strong relationships with team partners. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Management from Dickinson College. Matt currently serves as Vice President of the Junior Board.

Jacqueline Barrett, CPA – KPMG, LLP

Jackie is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Intelligence & Analytics from Saint Joseph’s University. Currently an Audit Manager at KPMG, Jackie facilitates training for professionals globally and conducts external audits across various industries. Proficient in tools like Alteryx and Power BI, Jackie combines technical expertise with a passion for collaboration. Jackie currently serves as Treasurer of the Junior Board.

Madelaine Braver – Attorney at Cohen Seglias Alia Greenhall & Forman PC 

Madelaine specializes in construction litigation, representing owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, and design professionals on both private and public construction projects throughout the country. She offers solution-oriented counsel. Madelaine joined the KADMF Junior Board after seeing the lasting impact that support can have on a family in need. As a transplant to Philadelphia, Madelaine enjoys hiking and camping in the Lehigh Valley. Madeleine currently serves as Secretary of the Junior Board.

Vince Cocco – Trial Attorney at Timoney Knox, LLP 

Vince is a trial attorney at the law firm of Timoney Knox, LLP and focuses his practice on successfully representing clients in general civil litigation, commercial litigation, and personal injury matters. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney for the Chester County District Attorney’s Office where he handled some of the Office’s most complicated and notable cases, prosecuting the County’s most dangerous offenders. Vince attended Duquesne University for both undergraduate and law school, and now resides in Montgomery County with his wife, Margie, and three kids, Sophie, Faye, and Francis.

 Sam Martino – Business Development Specialist at Servpro 

Sam serves as a Business Development Specialist for Servpro Team Lutz. Prior to joining Servpro, he spent two years as the Assistant Farm Manager at Martha’s Community Farm, where he gained valuable experience in operations and community engagement. Sam is deeply committed to service and takes pride in contributing to the well-being of his community. In addition to his professional pursuits, he has a strong passion for the arts, particularly music and film.
